- Local Services and Incentives: We provide services to all sizes of businesses, but the primary focus is on companies that manufacture or distribute goods and services for sales outside our region, bringing new capital to the local economy. The support comes in various forms, such as reductions of the cost of land, job creation grants, tax abatement, tax increment financing (TIRZ), revolving loan funds, Chapter 380 agreements, and infrastructure incentives. The staff works diligently with each business to put together the best package.
- Investments: We’re committed to investing in the future. So far, we’ve invested over $810,500 in career tech facilities and equipment over the past four years, benefiting the Henderson High School’s Career Technology Education (CTE) program and the students.
- State of Texas Business Assistance Programs: Texas provides a business-friendly climate, enticing companies of all sizes across all industries to flourish. Several Texas business assistance programs are available to help ensure your business thrives. The Texas Enterprise Fund, for example, is one of the most competitive deal-closing funds in the nation.
