In January 2022 a groundbreaking ceremony took place on the property for the new East Texas Regional Business Park in Henderson, Texas.
The sprawling 300-acre park, nestled between Highway 323 and FM 2276 on Loop 571, is gearing up to offer plots ranging from one to forty acres. Significant efforts have been made to clear dense timber, and essential infrastructure such as water and sewer systems are already in place. Keep an eye out for the "Coming Soon!" signs marking both ends of the property along Loop 571.
Inside the park, construction has wrapped up on roads and sidewalks linking Highway 323 and FM 2276, alongside vital infrastructure like electricity and natural gas connections. We're also diligently working on making the park fiber-ready. Currently, our focus is on designing entry monument signs, which are in the developmental stage.
HEDCO’s first business has been secured for the park and will begin construction as soon as infrastructure is completed at their property.
