During the October 18, 2023, HEDCO (Henderson Economic Development Corporation) Board Meeting two existing Board Members and one new Board Member were sworn in as Board Members after the Henderson City Council appointed them at their regular scheduled meeting the night before on Tuesday October 17.
Henderson City Secretary, Cheryl Jimerson read the oath of office to Noble Welch and Michael Bell, two returning Board members and Michael Marshall, the newest Board member. All three will serve a two-year term. Welch and Bell were re-appointed, and Marshall replaced outgoing President Dylan Culp.
New officers were also chosen for the 2023-2024 Board. They are Michael Bell, President, Brian Ballard, Vice President, Johnny Foster, Treasurer, and Micah Howard, Secretary.
