Update at the East Texas Regional Business Park
Just a little over a year after the groundbreaking ceremony for the new East Texas Regional Business Park in January 2022 great progress has been made.
The 300-acre park located on Loop 571 between Highway 323 and FM 2276 will have sites available from one to forty acres. Much of the dense timber has been cleared and infrastructure such as water and sewer has been completed. Coming Soon! Signs have been erected at both ends of the property along Loop 571.
Construction on the road and sidewalks inside the park connecting Highway 323 and FM 2276 started in March and should be completed by Summer of 2023. Plans are being made for future infrastructure such as electricity, phone lines, fiber optic lines, and natural gas. Entry monument signs are currently in the design stage.
HEDCO’s first business has been secured for the park and will begin construction as soon as infrastructure is completed at their property.
